It is with great excitement and anticipation that we invite you to participate in the next Advances in Neuroblastoma Research Congress to be held in Australia in 2016.
Our committee is actively planning for ANR2016 to be held at the Cairns Convention Centre in Far North Queensland, Australia. We believe that the combination of an excellent scientific program with a world famous and internationally unique location will deliver an exceptional meeting.
This meeting will provide a key opportunity for research scientists, clinicians, early career fellows, nurses and other allied health care workers to be updated on the latest basic, translational and clinical research developments in the field of childhood neuroblastoma.
There will also be strong engagement of parents and supporters with specific program content.
Cairns is a readily accessible location being serviced by an international airport, 10 minutes from the Cairns Convention Centre, which has itself received global recognition as a world class conference facility.
Delegates will be able to take advantage of substantially lower costs associated with meetings held in Cairns, by comparison with other major international conference venues, but with standards of food, service and accommodation on par with the best in the world. Cairns is on the door step of both the Great Barrier Reef and ancient tropical rainforests, creating a superb natural environment for recreational experiences. Moreover, the City of Cairns enables visitors to engage with the local Aboriginal culture. A feature of the meeting will be opportunities to explore and take advantage of the beautiful surroundings, as well as experience wonderful culinary treats and Aboriginal traditions, dance and folklore.
